Wilmington-based law firm names Matthew Austria as partner and debuts new Web site as part of expansion of commercial bankruptcy practice

A graduate of Villanova University School of Law, Austria previously managed the Public Disclosure Department of the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. (NASD). He was formerly an associate at Werb & Sullivan.
