Wilmington-based law firm names Matthew Austria as partner and debuts new Web site as part of expansion of commercial bankruptcy practice

Austria's practice focuses primarily on the representation of individuals and corporate clients in commercial bankruptcy cases and related adversary proceedings. Austria regularly represents defendants in preference and avoidance actions brought in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. He also represents creditors on various issues in commercial bankruptcy proceedings including relief from automatic stay, executory contracts and unexpired leases, and administrative expense claims. A graduate of Villanova University School of Law, Austria previously managed the Public Disclosure Department of the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. (NASD). He was formerly an associate at Werb & Sullivan.
